Financial Data: Payment transaction records, bank transfer slips, or digital payment confirmations (Note: We do not directly store credit/debit card details; payments are handled via secure third-party gateway providers).

Digital & Visual Data: Photographs, video footage, and behind-the-scenes media captured during sessions.

3. Purpose and Lawful Basis for Processing

We collect and process your personal data for clear, lawful business purposes:

Contract Performance: To manage bookings, coordinate shoot schedules, deliver edited proofs, and fulfill our corporate service agreements.

Communication: To send booking confirmations, official company invoices, project updates, and final gallery links.

Marketing (With Consent): To showcase portfolio highlights on our official website and social media channels, only where explicit consent has been granted by the client.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Security Measures: As a registered corporate entity, we implement robust technical and organizational measures (such as encrypted cloud storage, password-protected client galleries, and secure local backups) to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of your personal data.

Retention Period: Client contact and transactional data are retained for statutory corporate, tax, and accounting compliance under Sri Lankan law. Raw and edited digital image files are archived according to our service terms (typically up to 12 months post-delivery).
