Terms and Conditions

1. Booking, Retainers, and Corporate Payments

Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer fee is required at booking to officially reserve your date and time. Your slot is not secured until this retainer is paid.

Balance & Currency: The remaining balance must be settled on or before the event date. All quotations and invoices are issued under AVISHKA GUNAWARDHANA PHOTOGRAPHY (PVT) LTD in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

2. Rescheduling and Weather Policy

Client cancellations forfeit the non-refundable retainer. One free date change is permitted with at least 14 days' notice. For outdoor shoots affected by severe weather (e.g., monsoon rains), sessions will be rescheduled without penalty by mutual agreement.

3. Intellectual Property (Sri Lanka IP Act No. 36 of 2003)

AVISHKA GUNAWARDHANA PHOTOGRAPHY (PVT) LTD retains full corporate copyright of all images. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use only. Unedited RAW files remain company property unless otherwise agreed in specialized commercial contracts.
